The requirement

An independent newsagent needed a working till system, and its existing shop equipment was tied to another provider.

The change

The technical co-founder prepared the existing hardware, installed Malvern and connected the barcode scanner and receipt printer.

A full day on site

Stock screens were checked and improved during a full day in the shop, as real customers and real products showed what was needed.

What it taught us

Real counters reveal real needs. Watching staff use the till on day one shaped the checkout flow and the stock screens you see today.
