Scan, search or tap a product, then take cash, card or credit. Hold a sale, add a manual item, give a discount or reprint a receipt without leaving the checkout screen.

Knows your stock

Every product carries its barcode, price, VAT rate and stock level. Low-stock flags, supplier records, deliveries and CSV import keep the shelves and the system in step.

The rules are built in

Restricted products trigger a Challenge 25 prompt showing the exact date of birth to look for. Refunds need a manager. Every member of staff signs in with their own PIN.

Keeps trading when the internet drops

Malvern is local-first. Products, sales and records live on the till itself, so checkout carries on through a broadband outage. Card payments run on your existing terminal.

What is live today, and what is next

We would rather be precise than impressive. Everything in the first list is in the current release and running in our founding shop. The second list is in development and is only confirmed in writing once released and tested.
